TradePulse ("we", "us", "our") is a trading signal platform operated by Amcon Ceylon, a digital product studio based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Our website is tradepulseapp.live.

We collect the following personal data when you use TradePulse:

• Account data: email address, name, and encrypted password when you register
• Usage data: pages visited, signals viewed, session duration, browser type and IP address
• Payment data: billing information processed securely by PayPal — we never store card details
• Communications: messages you send us via the contact form or email

3. How we use your data

• To provide and maintain your TradePulse account and subscription
• To send you signal alerts (if enabled) via Telegram or email
• To process payments and manage billing
• To respond to your support requests
• To improve our platform based on usage patterns
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase (a secure, SOC 2 compliant database platform) with row-level security policies. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• PayPal — payment processing
• Railway — cloud hosting
• Telegram — optional signal delivery

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at support@tradepulseapp.live. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

8. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
