By accessing or using TradePulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

TradePulse provides automated trading signals generated by algorithmic analysis of market data. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use TradePulse. Trading financial instruments may be restricted in certain countries — it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• Payments are processed by PayPal — your payment details are never stored by us
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first Pro subscription payment
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute or share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to create competing products or services
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our signal engine or API
• Use the Service in any unlawful manner

6. No financial advice

TradePulse signals are not financial advice. All signals are generated algorithmically and may be incorrect. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradePulse and Amcon Ceylon shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or other damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
